Paid snapshot enquiries
Commercial snapshot intake details are used to qualify fit, respond to the enquiry and prepare a public-source scope if accepted. Submissions should include only public or high-level commercial context, never sensitive vessel movements, credentials, classified details, private contracts or confidential operational data.
General enquiries
General contact details are used only to respond to the submitted message. The site does not operate public operational request routing.
Supplier listings
Supplier listing interest forms are used to contact the submitter about a potential listing or correction. Early candidate listings may be researched from public sources and marked verification pending until manually checked.
Newsletter and briefings
Newsletter signups are used to send Vantage Subsea updates. The current implementation uses static form capture and collects only the details submitted by the reader.
Future FMS interest
Future fleet-management or operational-dashboard interest should be treated as higher sensitivity. No customer vessel, equipment, alert or operational data should be collected until access control, retention and backup rules are documented.
Data minimisation
The site should collect only the details needed to respond to a snapshot request, listing request, newsletter signup or general message. Any future operational product must have documented retention rules before launch.
No secrets in forms
Readers should not submit credentials, classified details, sensitive vessel movements or commercially confidential operational data through public forms.
